Hi everyone,
OK, I’ve started my book and so far the title is “Doodle Dynamics – Building Children’s Self-Esteem through Their Imagination – The Unintentional Secret”. I know, I know. It’s a long title and it will probably change. But for now that’s it.
Over the course of getting ready to write the book I have been listening to people and taking their advice. One person I listen to said to write the back cover of the book first because that should say what the book is about. It should tell the reader what to expect.
Dr. Wayne Dyer said that when you’re ready to write your book the very first thing you should do is to create the cover. Both front and back with the spine. Then print it out and wrap it around a real book of the same size. Set it on your desk where you can see it for inspiration every time you sit down to work on it. So here’s a photo of me and my finished mock book . . .
I Love the fact that I can actually see the “finished” copy. It really is an inspiration to have it sitting on my desk. Thanks Dr. Dyre!
As it turned out I ended up printing a bunch of copies of the cover. I didn’t know what to do with them all until I got the idea to fold them and line them on on my book shelf as if I already have had them published and have a number of them on hand for friends or for sale.

Lookin' Good! Lots a books.
I plan on keeping this blog updated as to how the book writing process is going.
So until next time be healthy, happy and always grateful!
